Through my own experience as a client. I know just how beneficial, supportive and above all how successful Person Centred Counselling is.
The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of what makes counselling transformative, therefore I work hard to ensure counselling is as restorative as possible for you.
I adhere to the Ethical Framework and Code of Good Practice set out by the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy www.bacp.co.uk ). I hold the appropriate insurance to practice.
I have undertaken additional training in suicidal safeguarding, grief and loss and understanding neurodiversity. I have also undertaken trauma training on childhood sexual abuse (Carolyn Spring).
